Analyzing the physical activity of professional and non-professional endurance athletes, we have noticed that the nature of physical efforts is highly variable: dynamic starts, rapid changes of directions, braking, sudden accelerations and the need to cover long distances at different speeds result in training intense and tiring. In these conditions, the anaerobic mechanisms for producing energy are obtained by aerobic conversion, which constitute the dominant source of energy generated by the body for the purpose of physical effort.
