DESCRIPTION

Arimatest Fastsorb tablets belong to a class of compounds called anti-aromatase agents. Arimatest is designed to block the action of the aromatase enzyme, which causes a reduction in estrogen levels, and a quick and dramatic rise in free testosterone levels. CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY

The Arimatest ingredients work synergistically to rapidly inhibit action of the endogenous aromatase enzymes of the P450 cytochrome family, thereby blocking the conversion of androstenedione and testosterone into estrogen. Aromatase enzymes are found in many tissues throughout the body including muscle, testicles, brain, adipose fat, blood vessels and skin. Arimatest’s anti-aromatase activity causes a dramatic increase in total testosterone and free testosterone.

Testosterone is an androgenic and anabolic hormone. Testosterone levels have been correlated with promoting maintenance and improvements in muscle mass and strength. High levels of testosterone have been shown to have powerful anabolic effects through increased protein synthesis, nitrogen retention and anti-catabolism leading to significant increases in muscle mass and strength. Testosterone’s androgenic effects have been associated with masculizing effects such as body hair, vocal cord thickening, improved sexual performance and enhanced libido. Another androgenic action is the stimulation of red blood production cells, which can help improve endurance and physical performance.

Testosterone that is transported in the blood is connected (bound) to protein carriers, such as sex-hormone-binding globulin (SHBG) and albumin. Therefore, only a small amount of testosterone (approximately only 2%) is actually free, or bioactive. The desired goal for optimal male performance is to increase free testosterone. Free testosterone can also be converted to estrogen, the aromatase enzyme. Therefore, inhibiting the aromatase enzyme’s activity will result in increasing the amount of testosterone, in particular, the free, bioactive testosterone. Furthermore, endogenously produced androstenedione (a precursor of testosterone) can be aromatized to estrogen. Arimatest, therefore, additionally protects both testosterone and androstenedioine from aromatization, resulting in increased levels of these anabolic hormones, and prolonged anabolic action. Independent research also reports that lowering estrogen levels through aromatase inhibition upregulates testosterone production. Arimatest’s pharmaco-dynamics of increased testosterone production and inhibiting the breakdown of free testosterone through anti-aromatase activities results in progressively increasing total testosterone and the free testosterone pool.
