On training days, take one serving (3 capsules) with 12 ounces of water 15 minutes prior to training and one serving (3 capsules) within 30 minutes after training. On non-training days, take one serving (3 capsules) in the a.m. and another serving in the p.m. CreaLean2™ can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal.
